The aim of the OE Talent Investment and Diversity Events (TIDE) is to bring together a series of programmes across SPE Offshore Europe which share the common goal of supporting the future generations of the energy industry. Sessions include events targeting School pupils, University students, Young Professionals, and those outside the industry interesting in being part of this exciting innovative sector.
Our sessions and workshops are organised for SPE Offshore Europe by a collective of industry societies including SPE, the SPE Aberdeen Section, OEUK, OPITO, The Oil & Gas Technology Center, Developing the Young Workforce, Skills Development Scotland, and many more dedicated individuals.
